Generation Connect has been established to provide future business leaders with the opportunity to interact with like minded individuals, in addition to providing exposure to Western Sydney’s strong and ever growing business environment.

Whilst Generation Connect is part of the Western Sydney Business Connection, our core focus is on connecting and developing future business leaders who have a strong desire and passion for the continued development of Western Sydney as a viable business alternative to the Sydney CBD.

The core aims of Generation Connect are:

A. To hold a minimum of five events per calendar year which focus on key speaker presentations that deliver learning and development opportunities.

B. To encourage interaction and provide valuable networking opportunities for future business leaders within Western Sydney.

C. To provide access to a variety of business resources and skills, in addition to enabling relationships to be built to facilitate the business success in the future.

A key vision of Generation Connect is that business owners need to recognise the importance of succession planning. As business of all types and sizes within Western Sydney develop succession plans for the retirement of key stakeholders, it is prudent for them as part of this process to identify the next generation of future business leaders and assist in their education, development and establishment of networks and alignments.

Generation Connect seeks to provide a genuine forum to aid future business leaders in the Western Sydney area to realise their goals.
