Year of the Tiger- Western Sydney Brings East to the West
Celebrating the Year of the Tiger, organisation’s representing Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia are among the organisations showcasing their countries opportunities to Western Sydney business on the 23rd February in Parramatta at the Asia Business Connections 2010 Lunar New Year Dinner and Showcase. The event is organised by the Asia Business Connection and supported by Parramatta City Council and will celebrate the importance of the Asian Business community in Western Sydney and its huge contribution to cultural, social and business framework of our region.

Guest speaker is former Young Australian of the Year and noted Film Maker and Director, Mr Khoa Do.
The Lunar New Year entertainment for the evening will include: a Balinese welcome dance, The God of Fortune will wish guests good luck and prosperity for the Lunar New Year and The Lion Dance Troupe will weave their magic.
The Asian trade showcase will commence at 5.00pm (followed by Dinner 6.00pm), where supporter organisations, all having a direct link to Asia, will display their information, and will be available to discuss your business needs and allow a great opportunity to network with a wide range of Western Sydney business.

The Asia Business Connection (ABC) is the only not for profit organisation in the Greater West dedicated growth of business in the Asia Pacific region. The 2010 Lunar New Year event is in its sixth year and is the first of several events organised by the Asia Business Connection.
