| Meet Dr Jim Taggart:
Jim's career began as a teacher and Deputy Principal of a Catholic high school. Since entering the financial services industry in 1987, he has successfully developed his businesses to service nearly 5,000 clients. Taggart Nominees Pty Ltd is a Life Insurance Broker, advising in risk insurance, superannuation and financial planning. The Taggart Group Pty Ltd is a General Insurance Broker. These businesses have been operating under their own Australian Financial Services Licenses since 2004.
Jim has completed a Masters Degree in Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning; Diploma of Teaching; Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Macquarie University; holds the FChFP, and is a Certified Financial Planner™. Jim has attained a Doctorate in Business Administration. Jim holds a QPIB qualification for General Insurance. In November 2005 Jim was awarded the 2005 Zurich/AFA Adviser of the Year.
