We will share our proposed streamlined requirements document, which seeks to leverage our projects to build a strong local well trained and diverse workforce. This includes adopting the principles of the Culture in Construction Taskforce’s Culture Standard across our portfolio.

We want to work with industry to shift cultural perceptions of our sector. By amplifying the great things people are doing, we can challenge old thinking and help more people discover just how rewarding a career in construction can be.
