Charleene Mundine is the founder and owner of DLCM which provides end-to-end procurement services specialising in social diversity inclusion.
Having worked for corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations, Charleene has managed procurement portfolios into the tens of millions of dollars and supported team managed procurement activities over a billion dollars.
Charleene currently sits on Reconciliation Action Plan working groups for several national businesses, providing advice and guidance to increase inclusion and cross-cultural opportunities.
As a Wehbal and Gadigal woman (NSW) who grew up in West and South West Sydney, Charleene is passionate about assisting individuals, businesses and community organisations in their ability to participate. As a trusted partner within the social and diversity inclusion space, Charleene’s vision is to promote and expand social enterprises and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander product and service providers. Charleene works with providers to ensure they hold the capacity and ability to deliver on commitments. She has provided mentoring, coaching and business development services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses and social enterprises across many industries.
