The investment model used by the private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) industries supports the building of stronger businesses that can deliver sustainable increases in enterprise value over the long term.
Together with our event partners, WSBC and AVCAL* will develop a program that will include a keynote address and panel discussion of businesses that have experienced the PE and VC investment models.
We aim to ensure that the Western Sydney business community and other key stakeholders understand the benefits of the private capital model of business ownership, and the role that it can play in contributing to investment and employment growth across the Western Sydney economy.
We will show businesses how to access these opportunities, who they need to speak to and the benefit to both their organisations and the Western Sydney economy. We encourage partners to join us and tell us their story.
We will look at:
- how these models work;
- when it is appropriate to use this strategy;
- how to access these models;
- what to expect as a business owner and hear of some of the success stories.
