Matthews Folbigg lawyer and webcast presenter, Phillip Brophy, will consider the formation of a contract, who can enter into a contract if there is a company involved and how they can be varied and terminated. Phillip will also look at legislation designed to protect consumers and small businesses against unfair contracts.

Phillip is actively involved in the community. He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Parramatta City and also a committee member of two smaller charities.
