WSBC is delighted to announce the addition of a sales workshop to its popular Breakfast Masterclass Series. Brought to you by ISM, this masterclass will look at valuable techniques you can immediately apply to your business to help boost sales.
New technologies, increased competition and economic constraints are just some of the factors that have altered the buyer landscape. So who then, is today’s modern customer, what are their needs and how do you best articulate delivering value?
In this hands-on 2-hour workshop, we will:

- Create a compelling verbal value proposition that’s tailored to your customer’s segments
- Look at the dynamics of providing a winning narrative for your value proposition
- Examine ways to build and sustain strong relationships with your customers and prospects
- Ensure you are asking effective questions during sales calls
Finally, with the customer of today expecting discounts, we will explore whether this strategy is really required to seal the deal.
