CEO Walk in My Shoes is an overnight immersive experience that runs from Thursday, 29 October to Friday, 30 October at Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney, inviting senior leaders and managers to step into the shoes of a parent whose life has been turned upside down by childhood illness.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges families face and how staying at the House relieves some of those financial and practical burdens, allowing families to stay close to the hospital and each other. You will hear directly from families about their experiences, help solve real business challenges, and assist with preparing dinner and breakfast for our families. Each participant is asked to fundraise a minimum of $1,000 to support the services we provide.
