Nicola Lester is a Business Development Manager at Enviromesh with over 25 years’ experience across business management, sales, operations and strategic client leadership within infrastructure and construction-related sectors.
Her career has been shaped by working within complex environments, supporting major infrastructure programs across NSW. Nicola brings a strong commercial focus, combined with a practical understanding of project delivery and the ability to translate strategy into effective, on-the-ground outcomes.
She is known for her relationship-driven approach and her ability to connect people and opportunities across diverse networks. Nicola has built long-term partnerships throughout her career and brings a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset to the organisations and communities she supports.
