Adam Alfonsi
Born, raised, educated and resident of Western Sydney (up until approx. 9 years ago moving to Southern Sydney) but with family still in Western Sydney, Adam everyday lives & breathes his connection and passion of all things Western Sydney has to offer with family, friends and professional life.
The son of Italian Migrants to Western Sydney, hard work ethic was instilled into Adam from his parents who owned a smash repair business in Blacktown where from the age of 8, Adam every Saturday would be sweeping the workshop floor whilst watching his father have many people come to see him to either have their cars repaired or swing past the shop for a coffee – this was his first taste in seeing how connection and relationships was the backbone and success of his father and the business.
With that upbringing and a career starting in Western Sydney with AMCOR & Visy and seeing the local people of Western Sydney working hard and supporting one another, the value in relationships and connections are what drives successful outcomes for Adam today.
In his current role with the BMD Group, the various connections and relationships with people across different disciplines, organisations and supply chains, many across Western Sydney, Adam hopes he can contribute to the success of many people and organisations in Western Sydney with not only opportunities at BMD, but across his networks and the opportunities created via Western Sydney Business Connect.
