Hayley is a Principal at Matthews Folbigg Lawyers, specialising in Intellectual Property, Insolvency, Restructuring and Debt Recovery.

 

She holds a Master of Intellectual Property from UTS and is a registered Trade Marks Attorney with the Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board. Hayley is also a Justice of the Peace of NSW and holds ARITA Advanced Certification in restructuring, insolvency and turnaround.

 

Hayley has extensive litigation and advisory experience across the Local, District, Supreme, Federal and Federal Circuit Courts, with particular expertise in trade marks, copyright, designs, patents and intellectual property disputes, as well as complex insolvency and restructuring matters.

 

Drawing on her arts background, Hayley brings a creative and practical perspective to intellectual property matters. She is committed to achieving favourable outcomes for clients through strategic advice, alternative dispute resolution and effective litigation where required.
