Working for Transport for NSW on Stage 1 of the New Richmond Bridge, BMD is improving connectivity and flood resilience in the area. The team is also delivering the realignment of Moorebank Avenue, improving links between the east and west sides of the Moorebank Intermodal Precinct.
Earlier this year, BMD delivered key upgrades at the West Camden Water Resource Recovery Facility, and is continuing this essential work through the Richmond System Wastewater Upgrade for Sydney Water, strengthening the wastewater systems that support everyday life.
BMD has upgraded airfields at RAAF Base Richmond for the Department of Defence, improving critical defence operations and supporting the region’s long-term resilience.
At the new Western Sydney International Airport, BMD’s team successfully completed two major packages, including the Landside Civils and Buildings package and the Terminal and Specialty Services (Aprons) package. Next year, when you board a flight at the new airport, you’ll be boarding via the apron infrastructure delivered by BMD – where aircraft park, board passengers, refuel and prepare for take-off.
