The 16,000 people with disability, families and carers that we support every year are not numbers to us but unique individuals. We personalise services to each person’s current and future needs and goals to ensure their development and growth at home, school, in life, at work and in love.

The Northcott of today is built on the foundations of the NSW Society for Crippled Children, established by the Rotary Club of Sydney 95 years ago. Since the beginning, Northcott has always stood for inclusion. As advocates for people with disability, we empower them through choice and opportunity so they can live the life they choose.
