Bernadette is an accomplished executive with experience in operations, strategy, risk, P&L, HR and marketing involving start up, turnaround and growth organisations. Currently Chief Operating Officer at The Epiphany Group and The Change Network, Bernadette is known for her strategic oversight, leadership talent and for spearheading operational improvements within the corporate landscape. She is a results oriented, decisive leader with proven success in engaging teams to drive business success.

Bernadette is deeply passionate about small business and entrepreneurs achieving growth by building relationships through strong partnerships and support networks.

Her expertise in the education and creative arts sector led her to be founder and Managing Director of the International Screen Academy, where she built a creative hub for actors, filmmakers, animators and visual effects artists to work and learn together, creating stories, exploring artistic ideas and developing networks.

Bernadette has significant expertise in the educator and creative arts sector which has included leadership and management roles at AFTRS, International Film School Sydney, Centennial Parklands, the Australian Graduate School of Management, the NSW Department of Education and Training, and UNSW Medicine. She is a graduate of UNSW and has a Bachelor of Sports Science, Diploma of Education and Masters of Educational Administration.
