Recent plans for the Blacktown's future have been announced with the creation of four development hubs in Blacktown CBD, Seven Hills, Rooty Hill and Mount Druitt.

The 25 year program of growth and renewal is designed to create a positive identity and provide certainty for residents, developers and investors as well as opportunities for a greater variety of housing and employment opportunities that don’t currently exist.

30,000 new job opportunities will be presented in Blacktown CBD, new business parks and the health & education precincts surrounding Blacktown hospital and TAFE.
